Description

This villa stretches into the depth of the plot by following its slope. The development is housed underneath the cover minimizing its affect from the highway. The final format attracts its inspiration from oyster villages. The selection of the identical materials for the facades and the roofs in burnt wooden was imposed to combine into the vegetation. The solar by way of the clear eaves presents a play of sunshine on the facades. The beneficiant openings supply a transparency that permits the vegetation of the location to supply indoor/outside areas.

We needed to alter the paradigm of the homeowners of this home, no extra concrete, no extra mineral wool and no air-con. The usage of pine wooden frames, bio-sourced wooden wool insulation, maintenance-free burnt wooden cladding and pure repellent, pellet boiler are the foundations of the venture. Software of clay and terracotta tiles, air flow and photo voltaic safety present inertia and luxury to the villa whereas serving the architectural venture.

The wood construction of the partitions and roof has a consequent ITE avoiding the overheating that would generate the colour of the home. Simply because the burnt wooden roofing creates a solar breaker for the metal tank. The addition of photo voltaic panels sooner or later will likely be completely built-in. Ground, pool, and DHW are heated by the pellet boiler. The inside linings (clay plates, terracotta) serve the inertia of the venture. The photo voltaic protections, the air flow and the air inlets are automated to manage the inside temperature.
