The constructing is positioned inside a plot in Vigodarzere, within the province of Padua.
The design problem right here is dictated by the actual conformation of the intervention plot: a tongue of land about 400 meters lengthy that runs alongside the north-south axis.
The home follows the reference development, growing on a single flooring with a pitched roof.
On this mission, all building rules are designed to have the ability to lead the observer’s gaze again to easy, clear traces via hid, flush or coplanar components. The property is strongly characterised by the important design of the construction.
The acute simplicity of the ground plan contributes to considerably improved performance, minimizing the house allotted to corridors and thus profiting from the accessible surfaces in favor of an important rooms in the home.
Excessive visible permeability and beneficiant inputs of pure lighting, characterize all inside areas: the massive glazed openings supplied within the dwelling space enable a relationship of continuity between inside and out of doors.
With a purpose to create a connecting porch between the dwelling space and the pool, the roof pitch undergoes a managed enlargement, following its pure inclination.
