Casa WJ is a ravishing single-story home situated in Betim, Brazil, designed in 2019 by Liga Arquitetura e Urbanismo.
At all times on the lookout for privateness, higher photo voltaic and air flow orientations, and a view of the gorgeous 6000m² locations, the home was divided into two primary blocks: social and personal. The social consists of residing, eating, and built-in kitchen, pantry, and bathroom. A corridor with direct entry to the pantry, the social, and the hall of the rooms, makes the transition to the non-public block. This one consists of a visitor bed room, youngsters’s suite, and master bedroom.
The frequent areas of this mission have a hybrid characteristic that mixes elements of the exterior and inner areas, integrating with the pool space. The sliding doorways are totally open, making the room seem like a balcony.
The most important openings are oriented in direction of the south the place there may be much less daylight, whereas on the north facade there are pivoting doorways to make sure cross air flow. For the inside finishes, different supplies have been specified to mirror the persona of the purchasers and their sons.
