Alvic Good Dwelling is a lovely futuristic penthouse condo positioned in Madrid, Spain, designed in 2019 by Héctor Ruiz-Velázquez.
A constructive, systematized, and articulated eco-design mannequin, an area inbuilt a modular and completely adaptable approach that may completely change its scale and shapes in response to the wants of our occasions. When the essence of the area is the motion that flows, the voids in top, and the contraposition of the planes in the whole extension of the three coordinate axes, a brand new idea of habitability is generated and a theme emerges from the good dwelling design by architect Hector Ruiz Velázquez. This new housing idea maximizes usability and takes benefit of the nice attribute of ALVIC materials that’s pushed to the restrict, creating a sort of building completely free from stereotypes and ornamental conventions.
